Position Overview A Cove Guardian is a trusted caregiver and guide who ensures children feel safe, supported, and inspired while in our care. This role is responsible for active supervision, facilitating play-based experiences, maintaining a clean and secure environment, and building strong relationships with families. We set high standards because families trust us with what matters most: their children. We are seeking individuals who value accountability, professionalism, teamwork, and continuous growth. Qualifications • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred. • 1–3 years of experience in hospitality, front desk, coworking, childcare, or customer service roles. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Strong organizational and multitasking ability. • Comfortable using scheduling software, email, and basic office technology. • Reliable, punctual, and detail oriented. • Natural problem-solver with a calm and friendly demeanor. We use professional-grade espresso equipment and seek individuals who take pride in craftsmanship, cleanliness, and customer interaction.
