We recommend purchasing your Day Pass at least 24 hours in advance, especially if you'll be using childcare, to allow time for enrollment and reservation confirmation.

First-Time Childcare Guests

Our children's program operates under a licensed childcare program. To help make your first visit seamless, we encourage completing your child's enrollment before you arrive. This allows our team to review important information such as emergency contacts, medical information, allergies, etc. in advance.

If enrollment has not been completed before your visit, additional time may be required at check-in, and childcare services will begin after all required documentation has been received. Enrollment is a one-time process, it makes future visits faster, easier, and ready whenever you need us.
