Meeting Room Reservations & Cancellations

All meeting room reservations are confirmed upon payment and are non-refundable. By completing a reservation, you are securing the room exclusively for the selected date and time, and that time is removed from availability for other guests.

If your plans change, please contact CoPlay Cove as soon as possible. At our discretion and subject to availability, we may allow a reservation to be rescheduled, or the amount paid to be applied as a credit toward a future meeting room reservation. Rescheduling and credits are not guaranteed. No-shows are not eligible for refunds.

Reservations begin and end at the times booked. Guests are responsible for reserving sufficient time for any setup, meeting activities, and cleanup. Additional time is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

If CoPlay Cove must cancel a reservation due to circumstances within our control, the guest may choose to reschedule the reservation or receive a refund of the amount paid for the affected reservation.

These messages may include conversational messages, customer care messages, scheduling and appointment-related messages, tour confirmations, waitlist or enrollment updates, service-related notifications, and, where you have separately agreed, promotional messages.
