Slow Down Sundays - Restorative Yoga

Event Series Description: 

Caregivers give and give. This is your time to receive. Slow Down Sundays is a 7-class restorative yoga series at CoPlay Cove, built just for you. No need to commit to all seven sessions. Come to one, a few, or all of them, whenever life allows. Slow poses, soft support, and a mini sound bath in the final 15 minutes will send you home fully restored. Childcare is available for an extra fee so you can fully show up for yourself. Sessions are free for CoPlay Cove members or $15 for non-members. Mats are provided for the first 15 guests, so comfy clothes and an open mind are all you need.
