I choose to work with children because it allows me to channel my deep natural empathy and strong desire to nurture their growth. I want to create a safe, encouraging atmosphere where they feel truly understood. Beyond a supportive heart, I bring patience to guide them through challenging moments, active listening to understand their unique needs, and the adaptability required to keep up with their fast-paced energy.
